With fabric Orders, you can receive, track, and fulfill customer orders across sales channels and enable customers to track their orders.

Order fulfillment logic allows you to create fulfillment rules that route orders through different fulfillment locations based on characteristics such as customer location, warehouse location, item price, order attribute type, and more.

Orders and Inventory are accessible through fabric’s cloud-based application Copilot, or through fabric’s Order APIs and Inventory APIs.

Split shipment management is another key feature, allowing orders to be fulfilled from multiple locations when necessary. This can be set up at both the order and item level, with options to allow partial fulfillment. This functionality is particularly useful when dealing with complex inventory situations or when aiming to optimize delivery times for multi-item orders.
