Use the Delete SKUs utility to permanently remove specific products from your catalog by uploading a CSV file of SKUs. This tool is useful for cleaning up discontinued or invalid items in bulk. Deleted SKUs can’t be recovered. Only use this tool when you’re certain the items should no longer exist in your catalog.

Procedure

  1. From the top navigation in Dropship, click Products. The Products dashboard is displayed.
  2. Click Catalog Utilities. The Catalog Utilities page is displayed.
  3. In the Action field, click Delete SKUs.
  4. Click Download Template to download a CSV file to use as a template. The file is downloaded.
  5. Add the SKUs you want to delete to the Item SKU column.
  6. To import your CSV file, do one of the following:
    • Drag and drop the file into the upload window.
    • Click anywhere inside the box to select a file from your computer.
  7. Click Import File.
The selected SKUs are permanently deleted from your catalog.
