Use the Notifications page to configure real-time alerts related to your Dropship activity. You can choose to send notifications to a specific email address or distribution list. Each notification type can be toggled on or off, depending on your preferences and team workflows.
Notifications help you stay informed about order updates, returns, connection changes, and other critical activity in your account.

Notification types

The following notifications are available. Each one sends an email alert to the specified email address or distribution list when the event occurs.

Transaction notifications

Notification TypeDescription
Connection NotificationsTriggered when changes are made to your retailer connections or connection notes.
Order ReceivedTriggered when a new order is submitted by a retailer.
Order CanceledTriggered when a cancellation request is received for an existing order.
Order Ship To Address UpdatedTriggered when a retailer requests a change to the “ship to” address.
Message ReceivedTriggered when a new message is posted to an order.
Return ReceivedTriggered when a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is created.
Return Approved/RejectedTriggered when a return request is either approved or rejected.

Digest notifications

Notification TypeDescription
Late Orders DigestTriggered when you have purchase orders that are overdue.
Inventory Stockout DigestTriggered when you have products that are out of stock.
Items Discontinued DigestTriggered when items in your catalog are marked as discontinued.
Late Invoice DigestTriggered when orders are missing timely invoices.

Shopify notifications

Notification TypeDescription
Push Order ErrorTriggered when an order fails to push to Shopify.

Procedure

  1. Click your business name in the menu at the top of the page in Dropship and click Supplier Settings. The Supplier Settings page is displayed.
  2. Click Notifications. The Notifications page is displayed.
  3. Find the notification you want to enable and fill out the Email address or distribution list… field. Separate multiple addresses with a comma and a space.
  4. Click the Disabled toggle.
The toggle switches to Enabled and turns green. The platform will now send email alerts to the recipients you specified whenever the selected events occur.
