Use the Print Shipping Labels option in the order detail view to generate shipping labels for Dropship orders. Tracking numbers are automatically associated with the order once labels are created.

Procedure

  1. From the top menu in Dropship, click Orders. The Orders dashboard is displayed.
  2. Click the type of order you wish to register tracking for. You can select from Open Orders, *Current Orders, or Past Fulfillment SLA. The Orders page is displayed.
  3. Click the PO # for the order you wish to print labels for. The Order Detail page is displayed.
  4. In the Fulfill Items dropdown, select Print Shipping Labels.
  5. To set the warehouse the order is fulfilled from, in the Ship From field, select a warehouse.
  6. In the Carrier Account field, select a carrier account.
  7. In the Carrier Service field, select a shipping method.
  8. In the Items field, select the number of items to fill.
  9. To input the package’s dimensions, in the Package & Weight section, do one of the following:
    • In the Package Template field, select a package template your merchant partner created.
    • Manually enter the weight, height, and length in the W, H, and L fields.
  10. In the Unit field, select the unit of measurement.
  11. In the Total Weight (including package) field, enter the total weight of the package and select the unit.
  12. Click Create Label.
The label is generated and its tracking number appears at the right. Click the tracking number to download the label as a PDF.
If the Ship To Address on the order is for an international shipping address, the supplier is responsible for generating the shipping label externally from fabric and registering the shipment details within fabric once available or shipped. For more information, see Registering Tracking Numbers for Shipments.

Printing Pick Tickets

A pick ticket is different from a packing slip. Packing slips are required for all merchant orders and include all required order information. Pick tickets provide a simplified pick list that shows order line details using your internal supplier SKUs and total quantities, which is helpful when a merchant’s packing slip displays merchant-specific SKUs instead.
